Under the“China-EU High-level Culture and Educational Exchange Dialogue Mechanism”, in order to further promote the China-EU Higher Education Benchmarking Joint Research Project (Tuning Study) which 9is co-funded by the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission and Ministry of Education of China, the third meeting of the second phase of the China-EU Higher Education Benchmarking Project sponsored by Center for Education Development and Research of Ministry of Education of China was held in Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic (SSP) on June 7, 2019.

Eight education experts from the Netherlands, Finland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Sweden and other European countries, and four experts including Wang Xiaoyan and Ma Kai from the Center for Education Development and Research of Ministry of Education of China delivered speeches at the meeting. Dean of the Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences and Director of the Higher Education Division of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Mr Sang Biao also attended the meeting and made a congratulatory speech. More than 100 people including 48 exchange students and teachers from School of Health Care Studies (SHCS) of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences(RUAS), as well as experts and scholars from Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region attended the opening ceremony and the academic seminar.
